Avalon Brewing Company was a craft beer brand built around the character of Newfoundland and the Avalon Peninsula. My work covered the complete look of the brand, from the logo and beer packaging to printed materials used to promote the products.
Logo Design
The logo was created with a classic, handcrafted feel that suited the personality of a local craft brewery. The illustrated mark, typography, and colour palette established the foundation for the brand and influenced the look of the packaging and supporting materials.
Product Design
The can design drew inspiration from Newfoundland’s coastal heritage, rugged landscape, and deep connection to the North Atlantic. Local influences were incorporated into the artwork to give the product a strong sense of place and character. The finished design builds on the Avalon Brewing brand while giving the beer a look that feels distinctly Newfoundland.
